These terms explain permitted use of the BathClub website. Specific transactions require separately agreed written terms.
1. Website purpose
THE BATH CLUB, INC. operates BathClub to help visitors discover products and discuss sourcing. You may browse and use the inquiry tools for lawful personal or business purposes. A listing, reference price, inquiry or automatic draft is not an offer that you can accept to create a sale, a purchase order, or confirmation of supplier approval.
2. Information and external websites
Product information may come from manufacturers, retailers or supplied catalogs. Images may show packaging, variants or sizes that differ from the available product. Prices, specifications and availability can change. Verify material details before relying on them. External links are provided for reference; their operators control their content, transactions and privacy practices.
3. Intellectual property
BathClub retains rights it owns in its original website material. Manufacturer names, trademarks, photographs, descriptions and catalogs remain subject to their owners’ rights. No trademark, resale, distribution or content-reuse license is granted by this website. Statutory rights and uses permitted by law remain unaffected. See our rights notice.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the website for unlawful activity, submit misleading inquiries, impersonate another person, introduce malicious code, bypass access controls, or interfere with the service. Do not submit confidential third-party material or personal information you lack authority to share.
5. Inquiries
Provide accurate contact and product information. Draft-generation tools prepare text for your review; they do not send it automatically. Sending an inquiry does not create a supplier, agency, employment or sales relationship. Any services, commissions, purchases or exclusivity must be addressed in a separate written agreement.
6. Availability and limits
We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free website operation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the informational website is provided as available without an additional guarantee of completeness, fitness for a particular sourcing decision or product availability. No provision excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
