BathClub’s role

BathClub markets products and coordinates sourcing discussions. Manufacturers remain the proposed sellers and exporters unless a later written agreement expressly sets out a different arrangement. The contracting seller, exporter, importer of record and other responsibilities must be confirmed for each transaction. BathClub does not become the importer, customs broker, carrier or seller merely because it lists a product.

Quotes and pricing

Displayed prices, where present, are identified reference prices and are not a binding BathClub wholesale or delivered-price offer. A written quotation must confirm currency, quantity, minimum order, packaging, taxes, duties, freight, insurance, fees and validity. Do not send payment on the basis of a catalog listing.

Product claims and eligibility

Catalog descriptions are not independent certification by BathClub of safety, efficacy, regulatory approval, health benefits, origin, quality or eligibility for U.S. import. Product-specific documentation and substantiation must be reviewed before marketing or ordering. Food, cosmetics, fragrances, disinfectants, repellents and other regulated products may require different documentation and handling. A manufacturer claim or a disclaimer does not replace applicable legal requirements.

Order-specific written terms

Before committing to an order, the parties should agree in writing on the product and specifications; responsible seller and importer; price and payment terms; Incoterms or other delivery allocation; inspection and acceptance; labeling and compliance; freight and insurance; risk and title; delays; cancellation and returns; damage or shortage claims; warranties and remedies; and dispute handling. Website listings do not supply these missing transaction terms.

Delivery and availability

Lead times are planning estimates until confirmed in writing. Production, export documentation, transport and customs can affect delivery. Listing a product does not establish U.S. inventory or guaranteed supply. Samples and commercial shipments require separate confirmation where their terms differ.
