Manufacturer and third-party material

Product names, logos, photographs, descriptions and catalog pages identify their respective products and owners. Display on BathClub does not establish manufacturer sponsorship, endorsement, an authorized dealership or an exclusive distribution relationship. A source link or attribution does not itself grant a license. Visitors receive no permission from BathClub to reproduce third-party material.

Report a rights concern

Email L.aljamal@bathclub.com with the page URL, identification of the material and the work or right concerned, your contact information, your relationship to the rights holder, and the correction or removal requested. We will review the report and may restrict or remove material while it is reviewed. This contact channel is not a representation that BathClub has registered a statutory DMCA agent or qualifies for a statutory safe harbor.

Providing material to BathClub

Before sending photographs, catalogs, logos or descriptions for publication, confirm that you own the relevant rights or can authorize the proposed use. Publication permissions, allowed edits, channels, territories, duration, brand rules and withdrawal arrangements should be recorded in a separate written agreement. Sending a catalog does not by itself establish an unlimited license.
