This notice describes the current BathClub website and the information involved when you use it or contact us.

THE BATH CLUB, INC. operates BathClub. Direct privacy questions and requests to L.aljamal@bathclub.com.
Information you provide
If you email, text or otherwise send an inquiry, the information may include your name, company, contact details, product interests, quantities, destination and correspondence. Please do not send payment-card numbers, passwords, government identification or sensitive personal information through the inquiry tools.
Manufacturer portal
The invitation-only manufacturer portal uses ChatGPT sign-in. BathClub receives your account identifier and email to control access to your assigned company. Company descriptions, product details, uploaded photos, invitation records and review history are stored on the website hosting platform. Drafts and unapproved photos are available only to authorized company users and the BathClub owner. Approved descriptions, contact information, product and sourcing details, indicative prices and selected photos become public on the company page and in product search. Contact BathClub to request access removal or content deletion.
How the website tools work
The buyer inquiry form sends your entered business and contact information to FormSubmit for email delivery to l.aljamal@bathclub.com when you click Send inquiry. FormSubmit may present a security check and process technical request information. Its documentation states that form submissions are retained for 30 days. Review FormSubmit’s privacy information. A successful submission confirmation does not guarantee inbox delivery.
The separate supplier application form still prepares a draft in your browser; it does not automatically submit that application. Copying or downloading a draft keeps that action on your device. Email and messaging links open your selected application.
A temporary submission timestamp is stored in browser session storage to display the buyer confirmation page. It contains no inquiry text or contact details and is removed when the confirmation is displayed.
Browser storage and technical information
The picture-selection tool stores choices and notes in your browser’s local storage under bathclub-manufacturer-picture-review-v1. You may clear that data through your browser’s site-data settings. It is not automatically sent to BathClub by that tool. The current site code does not add advertising pixels or a third-party analytics script. Hosting and security providers may process IP addresses, request details and technical logs needed to deliver and protect the site. Their infrastructure may have its own operational storage and retention practices.
External content
Some images or resources may load from third-party domains. Loading them can disclose your IP address and technical request information to that provider. Following a manufacturer or other external link takes you to a separately operated service. Review that service’s privacy notice before sharing information.
Use and sharing of inquiries
Information you send is used to answer your request, discuss sourcing, maintain relevant correspondence and protect the service. If your request requires a supplier or logistics quotation, relevant shipment and business details may need to be shared with that provider, including providers outside the United States. Personal contact details should be shared only when needed for the requested coordination. Email, hosting and other service providers also process information needed to deliver their services. Information may be disclosed where legally required or necessary to address misuse.
Retention, security and requests
Correspondence may be retained for the sourcing discussion, business records, dispute resolution or legal obligations; the period depends on those purposes. Email us to request access, correction or deletion of personal information you have sent, or to stop optional communications. We may need to verify your identity and retain information where legally required. Applicable statutory rights remain available. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Children and updates
This is a business sourcing website and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us. This notice will be updated when the website’s information practices change, including before introducing materially different collection tools.
